The Department of Nephrology provides comprehensive care for kidney disease, working seamlessly with RMC's dedicated 24×7 Dialysis Unit and Tirupur's first and only Renal Transplant Centre. This integration means patients can move from evaluation and medical management to dialysis and, where needed, transplant care — all within a single NABH-accredited hospital.

Our dialysis programme has completed over 10,000 dialysis procedures and serves patients every day, reflecting sustained expertise in long-term renal replacement therapy and transplant pathways.

Transplant Surgeries: LRRT (Living Related Renal Transplant), DDRT (Deceased Donor Renal Transplant), ABO-Incompatible Transplant, Swap Transplant, and Re-transplant — supported by dedicated post-transplant ICU care.
